Ram 1 We first see Ram in series four, episode one, when he and the Techno's invade the city. Ram is the leader of the Technos and a genius. From an early age he was proficient with computers. Ram is very eccentric, and worries about keeping things clean and sterile as he has a germ phobia. In an early attempt to creating virtual reality something went very wrong, and as a result Rams, legs were paralyzed. To overcome his paralyzed legs Ram built a sophisticated electric wheelchair to get around in. Ram sets up a virtual reality game called Paradise, that makes people addicted to it.

In the end of series four Ram is defeated by the Mall Rats and thrown onto a rubbish tip. Ram is then found by Slade and taken to a place called Liberty. While Ram is at Liberty he uses the name Gabe. Slade tries to convince Ram to use an old wheelchair to get around in, but Ram refuses at first until he is forced to go get food. Slade then gets Ram a pair of crutches and, after a while Ram chooses to use the crutches, and finally learns how to walk again. Lex ends up in Liberty and after a while Lex and Ram become friends. Ram eventually becomes a better person because of Slade. Later Ram returns to the city, and helps recover Jay memory, before leaving the city due to the virus mark 2. Ram joins the Mall Rats on the boat and they leave the city. Ram 2
